Registration Terms

AS AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR OF EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS. (“The Company”) WE UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

1. I/We am/are acting in my /our/behalf as an individual and that I/We am/are 18 years of age or older.
2. This Application shall constitute a binding agreement between me/us and EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS. At such time as this application is received and approved by the company.
3. I/We as EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS Distributor agree to operate my/our own business in accordance with company policies and procedures I/we understand that misrepresentation or violation of the company policies and procedures can result to the termination of my /our distributorship all accounts.
4. I/We am/are independent Distributor in the business of selling customers product. I/We am/are not an employee or legal representative of my /our sponsors of EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS COMPANY for any purpose. I/We will be responsible for compliance with Republic of the Philippines local statutes and regulations. Including but not limited to those relating to licensing and taxation. I/We recognize that my/our remuneration is based on my/our performance of a Dealership, distributorship, whole selling in the sale or delivery of products and not on the number of hours worked on or an element of chance.
5. I/We acknowledge that EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS COMPANY may after reasonable notice change amend or modify this agreement and its policies. Procedures and marketing plan to maintain a viable marketing system, comply with legal requirements and changes in economic condition and I/we shall operate my/own/our business in accordance with any such changes amendments or modification.
6. I/We agree to properly represent the company products and its marketing plan. All forms of advertising. Including but not limited to audio, visual tapes and printed materials must be submitted and approved in writing an authorized company representative prior to use.
7. I/We may cancel the agreement at any time effective upon mailing written notice to EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS COMPANY if I/We elect to cancel all EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS repurchased in accordance with the company policies & procedures.
8. I/We understand the EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS have the right to cancel my/our distributorship at any time if we violate the terms and conditions of this agreement or the provision of the policies and procedure & Compensation Plan.
9. As long as I/we are distributor and not violating this agreement. EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS shall pay me/us/for my/our successful sales efforts in accordance with the various bonuses established by EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS Marketing Plan. 10. Dealer/ Distributors/ Whole seller where found dealing for working to other MLM/Networking /Direct selling Companies and recruiting inside the EYERISS HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS with same products/direct selling company all account shall be terminated. 11. Unless otherwise specially required, this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
